These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crossfire Hurricane website, ecommerce store, and related digital services (the “Services”). The Services are operated by Crossfire Hurricane LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Crossfire Hurricane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Legal Drinking Age
The Services are intended only for individuals who are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the product will be delivered.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages
- the recipient is legally permitted to receive alcoholic beverages
- you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to require age verification at any stage of the purchase or delivery process and to cancel any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.

2. Alcohol Shipping and Regulatory Compliance
Alcohol shipments are subject to complex and changing laws.
We may refuse, limit, delay, or cancel orders where:
- shipment is restricted by law
- delivery address is ineligible
- age verification cannot be completed
- required licenses or permits do not allow shipment
The customer is responsible for ensuring lawful receipt of alcoholic products in their jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders constitute an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation and successful payment processing.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel transactions, or request additional verification for operational, regulatory, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Unless explicitly stated, shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers are solely responsible for compliance with local import laws.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Alcohol deliveries may require adult signature, identity verification, and lawful delivery conditions.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon lawful delivery and acceptance by an eligible recipient.
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to age verification issues or legal restrictions.

6. Responsible Consumption Disclaimer
Our products are intended for lawful and responsible consumption only.
We are not liable for misuse, excessive consumption, unlawful resale, or health consequences.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the regulated nature of alcohol distribution, returns may be limited.
We reserve the right to refuse returns where prohibited by law.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Crossfire Hurricane and is protected by intellectual property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability
